Nope — most of our clients aren't. As long as we have gate access (a code, a latch we can reach, or it's left unlocked on your service day), we'll take care of everything while you're out.
We still come! Rain doesn't stop the mess from piling up, so it doesn't stop us either. The only exception is genuinely unsafe weather, in which case we'll reach out to reschedule.
We love dogs, but for everyone's safety we ask that dogs be brought inside or secured during your scheduled visit window. If that's tricky, just let us know and we'll work out a plan together.
